Field Team Approval Flow

Mention field team designations (SO, FLM, SLM & TLM) who can approve assigned activity before NSM Approval.

Example as below:
  • FLM/SLM/TLM -- Single level approval by FLM, SLM, TLM; After approval contract moves to NSM Approval
  • FLM>>SLM>>TLM -- Level 1 approval FLM; Level 2 approval SLM; Level 3 approval TLM; After TLM approval contract moves to NSM Approval
  • FLM/SLM>>TLM -- Level 1 approval FLM or SLM; Level 2 approval TLM; After TLM approval contract moves to NSM Approval

HO Final Approval Flow

Mention HO team designations (PM, GPM, MPD Head, etc) who can approve assigned activity after NSM Approval.

Doctor Approval Flow

Mention HO team designations (PM, GPM, MPD Head, etc) who can approve assigned activity after Document verification.

Activity Capping Amount

Activity capping amount is the maximum amount that can be assigned under specific activity.

Activity Expiry Days

Activity expiry days represents number of days available with doctor to submit contract details before contract expires.

Last Assign Date

A date beyond which no new contracts can be assigned by fileld or HO.
