Cardiovascular disease remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, often driven by modifiable risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, and lifestyle habits. Effective management of cardiovascular risk relies not only on clinical interventions but also on patient awareness and education to promote proactive heart-healthy behaviors. However, gaps exist in how healthcare professionals evaluate risk and communicate with patients about prevention strategies. This survey is needed to better understand current practices, barriers, and drivers that influence both HCP approaches and patient engagement. The findings will support the development of targeted educational tools and interventions to enhance cardiovascular risk management and improve patient outcomes.
