Objective: A market survey to understand the usage of Ostoshine in patients with Osteoarthritis In-Practice with Orthopaedican & Cons. Physicians in complicated UTI cases in daily practise.
Ostoshine Tablets contains comprehensive formula of Undenatured Type II collagen, Vitamins & minerals indicated for the management of Osteoarthritis.
Although every new product is marketed only after regulatory approval, it is important to understand how it performs in day-to-day practice of individual medical practitioners. For this purpose, we have planned a survey questionnaire to assess the real-life performance of Ostoshine & perception mapping in the above-mentioned indications.
We invite you to participate in this survey and share your experience on performance of Ostoshine. All you need to do is respond to the attached questionnaire & mention your experience with Ostoshine in your practise. This is not an experimental study because the product will be prescribed in your daily practice.
If any serious adverse events (SAE) occurred during Ostoshine therapy, you will be expected to report immediately to the monitor or the company on the AE reporting form
