Dear Dr. {{ $doctorName }},

Subject: A survey among health care professional (HCPs) to understand usage pattern of moisturizers in xerosis in India

Skin barrier disruption characterizes many hyperkeratotic dermatological disorders where the intercellular physiological lipids are composed of roughly equimolar concentrations of ceramide, cholesterol, and free fatty acids arranged in lamellar sheets accounting for the barrier property of the epidermis.

Skin barrier disruption is also treated with moisturizers containing Glycolic acid, urea and cetylated fatty esters complex (CFE’s). Exfoliation, hydration and healing are main role of Glycolic acid, urea and CFE’s respectively.

This survey is conducted among HCPs to understand usage pattern of moisturizers in xerosis in India.

As you will be spending some extra time to give your feedback on the questionnaire based on your clinical experience, we offer to pay you by cheque a professional fee of Rs {{$contractAmount}}, on receiving the completed Survey Questionnaire Form from you.

We trust you and we are partners in promoting safe and effective drug therapy. In that spirit we hope you will consent to participate in this study. If you do, please sign and return the enclosed reply along with your visiting card for accuracy of records.
