Water is essential to maintain skin plasticity and barrier integrity. Dry skin is a common
condition that is attributed to a lack of water in the stratum corneum. Face is prone to
effects of environment such as cold and hot weather, arid conditions, humidity, dust,
pollution, and UV rays. Hence, facial moisturizers have a unique place in daily skin care.
Moisturizers designed for the face are typically non-greasy, non-comedogenic emollients,
with an emphasis on skin feel and aesthetics with maximal skin benefits.
We invite you to participate in this cross sectional study. All you need to do is to report on
a standard form your experience with facial moisturizers. Thus, this is an observational
study.
If you agree to participate, you will need to provide assessment response, on to the
standard data collection form (which we call DCF). A monitor will assist you in verifying
and collecting the DCF.
We trust you and we are partners in promoting safe and effective drug therapy. In that
