  1. My login email id and password is not working
  2. Answer:

    • Your login id is your Sunpharma email id and your password is the characters in your Sun Pharma email id before @value in small case.
    • For example: Mr. Rajesh Shah has his email id: Rajesh.shah@sunpharma.com. His login Id would be rajesh.shah@sunpharma.com and his password would be rajesh.shah small case.
    • If it is still not working, kindly check with your marketing manager/ brand manager whether your details are present in the system or not.

  3. The doctor name is not appearing in ‘My Doctor section’
  4. Answer:

    Please try to check with the SCCODE of the doctor. If the name is still not appearing, it is likely that the doctor details are not in the system. Connect with your marketing manager and share the respective doctor details with them.

  5. Under Document Submission pending tab, I am unable to see the name of the doctors whose documents are to be submitted.
  6. Answer:

    • From the dashboard, click on the ‘Document Submission pending Doctors’ option.
    • On the top right corner, select the date filter. Click on custom range option in date filter.
    • Start from the date when the activity was assigned to the respective doctor and put the current date as the end date. Click on Apply. The doctor name would be visible now.

  7. I want to know the status of the assigned activity and where it is pending
  8. Answer:

    • Please go to the ‘Process doctor activities’. Under this, go to the ‘Active doctor activities tab’. Click on the ‘Activity track icon’
    • You will be able to see the time stamps and the details of the activity.
    • Alternatively, you can go on ‘Active Doctor Activities’ tab and scroll on the extreme right to the Status column.

  9. I want to know which documents are uploaded by the doctor and which ones are pending.
  10. Answer:

    • Go to ‘My Doctor Activities’ and scroll right.
    • The light green tick indicates that the document has been uploaded but review is pending.
    • Dark green tick indicates that the documents are approved.
    • Orange hour glass indicates that document is not uploaded yet.
    • Red hour glass indicates that the document got rejected.
    • You can refer to the nomenclature on the top right corner of this page.

  11. All the documents are submitted but the doctor name is still getting displayed under Document Submission Pending tab.
  12. Answer:

    It is likely that all documents are uploaded but the final review and submit button has not been clicked by the doctor. Inform the doctor to do the same.

  13. My doctor did not receive the login code on email and SMS
  14. Answer:

    • Please check if the email id and mobile number details are correct. If yes, please inform the brand manager or marketing manager. The email and SMS would be resent to the doctor. If no, please ask your brand manager or marketing manager to correct the same in the system and resend the email and SMS.
    • Please note: Email id and mobile number should be double checked before assigning the activity to a doctor to avoid re-editing.

  15. Can I upload the documents on behalf of the doctor since the doctor is busy and has asked me to do the same.
  16. Answer:

    Yes, except the PMS study details, all other documents can be uploaded by the field person via their own login. The PMS study questionnaire and clicking on the final review and submit button are to be done by the doctor only.

  17. Can the website work on mobile phone or Ipad.
  18. Answer:

    Yes, the Digicon portal is a responsive website which can be accessed on phone and Ipad as well.

  19. The email id / mobile number of the doctor are incorrect. I want to correct the same.
  20. Answer:

    • Scenario 1: If the acivity has not been assigned yet to the doctor.
      Go to the ‘My Doctor’ tab under ‘Process Doctor Activities’. Click on ‘Assign’ button. You can correct the email id and mobile number at this stage.
    • Scenario 2: If the activity has been already assigned to the doctor.
      If the activity has been already assigned, please connect with your brand manager / marketing manager for the same. To check the email id and mobile number, click on the ‘eye icon’ above Assign button .

  21. The pdf / jpeg of the PAN card or cancelled check is not getting uploaded.
  22. Answer:

    Check the size of the document or image. It should be less than 10 MB. For pdfs, do not use any third party applications. Use Adobe pdf creator only.

  23. My doctor does not have a GST number
  24. Answer:

    GST number is an optional field. Click on ‘No’ for GST details and the step will be completed.

  25. The PAN Card / bank details of the doctor are incorrect
  26. Answer:

    Please contact SFA team and inform them the same.

  27. The doctor wants to issue the cheque under different name.
  28. Answer:

    Write the desired name of the doctor in the ‘Required cheque name’ field. If the name in the system is the same as desired on cheque, click on copy button.

  29. The doctor does not want to participate in the PMS activity.
  30. Answer:

    • Scenario 1: If the activity is assigned to the doctor but not approved by the NSM/ brand manager, inform them to reject the same
    • Scenario 2: If the doctor activity has been assigned and approved by the NSM/ brand manager, inform your brand manager / marketing manager on the same. The doctor name would be archived from the activity and you would be able to see it under ‘Archived doctors’ tab.

  31. What are the common reasons for rejection of documents by Marketing Services Team?
  32. Answer:

    • PAN Card name mismatch: The PAN card should be of the doctor only and not of the doctor’s family members, hospital staff, etc
    • SSCODE mismatch: The SCCODE of the doctor should be correct and in accordance with the system master.
    • Need for validated documents: The documents such as PAN Card, cancelled cheque, bank details, etc should be thoroughly validated by the brand manager.
